着装及仪容规范

  • The District’s 着装及仪容规范 is established to teach 梳理 and hygiene, 灌输学科, 防止中断, 避免安全隐患, and teach respect for authority and the work environment. 学生 shall be dressed and groomed in a manner that is clean and neat, 不是分心, and in a way that does not create a health or safety hazard. The District prohibits any clothing or 梳理 that, 在校长的判决中, may reasonably be expected to cause distraction, 干扰学校正常运作, 或者制造安全隐患. The student and parent may determine the student’s personal dress and 梳理 standards, provided that they comply with the following 着装及仪容规范:
    • 学生 must wear their ID at all times when at school or traveling to and from school using District transportation. 
    • Student clothing must completely cover the student’s torso and legs in the undergarment area. Shirts and blouses must be buttoned or snapped to conceal all skin to 3 inches below the collar bone.
      • Pre-K–5th Grade Only: Shirts and blouses must have at least one-inch coverage between the shoulder and neck. 不允许使用细肩带. 
      • 6th Grade–12th Grade Only: 学生 may not wear tank tops, strapless dresses, or spaghetti straps. Tank tops are not allowed, regardless of the width of the straps. Short sleeves must be at least square with the shoulders. 不允许穿露肩上衣. 
    • 学生可以穿短裤, 裙子, 和/或连衣裙, provided they do not expose undergarments or private body parts.
    • All pants, 短裤, and 裙子 must be worn at waist level. Sagging and loose pants, 短裤, or 裙子 are prohibited. 
    • 有洞的牛仔裤或裤子, 短裤, 裙式短裤, and 紧身裤 that do not expose undergarments or private body parts are acceptable. Garments must cover all undergarments at all times, 是否站立, 达到, 弯腰, 弯腰, 或者是坐姿.  
    • 撕破的上衣, 衣衫褴褛的, 磨损, or contain holes are not permitted without appropriate coverings underneath their garments, 比如汗衫. 
    • 连裤袜, 紧身裤, 打底裤, 自行车短裤, and other skin-tight/form-fitting pants must be worn with shirts, 裙子, “裙式短裤,” or 短裤 that extend and cover the buttocks. 
    • Any clothing articles designed as underwear or sleepwear may not be worn as outerwear.
    • All undergarments, in their entirety, must be concealed at all times, including straps and boxers. 
    • The chest, midriff, and buttocks should be covered at all times with non-see-through material. Undergarments must not be seen while standing, 达到, 弯腰, 弯腰, 坐着, 或者做其他动作.
    • 帽子, 帽, 吸汗带, 大手帕, 太阳镜, 其他头饰, and hoods on hooded jackets or pullovers may not be worn inside the school building.
      • 学生 undergoing or recently receiving chemotherapy or any medication causing hair loss may wear head coverings approved by the campus principal.
    • Hair, by color or design, may not distract from the learning environment. Nonnatural hair color is permitted as an accent. 如果设计被剃进头发, they must be school-appropriate and may not condone or represent 药物, 帮派, 酒精, 不敬的言语, 暴力, 淫秽, or anything deemed inappropriate by the school administration.
      • Hair spiked or arranged in a disruptive or distracting style will not be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, Mohawk haircuts.
    • Eyes must be visible at all times and not covered by hair or other objects, unless approved by the campus principal based on a medical physician’s authorization.
    • 任何时候都必须穿鞋. Shower shoes and beach shoes, house shoes, slippers, or shoes with wheels or lights are prohibited. 学生 must have shoes that are safe and appropriate for a normal school day or participation in school-related activities. Medical shoes may be worn with a medical physician’s authorization.
    • 学生不得戴舌环, 唇环, 眉环, 耳朵仪表, 逆电流器, 面部饰品，如圆环或戒指, 或者面部装饰. 然而，他们可能会戴一个小鼻钉.
    • Jewelry that distracts from the instructional environment is unacceptable.
    • 任何类, 学生组织, or school-sponsored group t-shirt designed and intended to be worn at school must receive final approval from the campus principal.
    • Distracting or excessive make-up is prohibited.
    • 服装, 梳理, and overall appearance may not reflect gang affiliation by any means, 无论是有意还是无意. The 谢尔曼ISD Police Department will maintain a list of gang-affiliated attire and 梳理.
    • 学生 may not wear any clothing article that depicts or advertises 酒精, 烟草制品, 药物, 暴力, 或者被认为是下流的行为, 进攻, 粗俗的, 或淫秽.
    • 金属链条(e).g.、钱包链、腰带链等.), costume clothing or costume accessories, metal hair picks, and blankets are prohibited.
    • 学生 are expected to be in compliance with the dress code at any school-related event or activity; school officials have the authority to ask students to leave if they are inappropriately dressed.
      • 注：委托人, 与保荐人有关, 教练, or other person in charge of an extracurricular activity, may regulate the dress and 梳理 of students who participate in the activity and may impose higher standards.
